The Ethiopian Real Estate Developers Association (EREDA) is a national, membership-based organization established in 2025 by a coalition of forward-thinking real estate developers, real property valuation firms, and real estate marketing companies. EREDA was created to unify the voice of the real estate industry, promote sustainable development, and raise professional standards across Ethiopia’s growing property sector. Founded by 29 real estate companies, EREDA represents a wide range of industry leaders, including prominent firms such as Ovid Real Estate, Sunshine, Gift, Century (Allied), Palm Real Estate, Capital Real Estate, Champion, Metropolitan, Cosmopolitan, Tway Con, Nasew, Hizblehizb, DMC, Delux Properties, Fisik, Elilta, and Mohammed Aman Real Estate.

The association is governed by a 9-member Board of Directors, composed of key developers including Alemayehu Ketema Real Estate, JJ Con Real Estate, DVM Developers, Jambo Real Estate, Temer Real Estate, Africon Real Estate, Bama con Real Estate, Parragone Real Estate, and Ziquala Real Estate.
The current President of EREDA is Ato Alemayehu Ketema, a respected pioneer in Ethiopia’s real estate industry.
